New Feature: Digital Membership Cards Now Available
As we move into the 2026 season, we are excited to introduce a new membership validation tool within the Black Bull App. This feature will streamline your experience at the Club, from checking in for rounds to verifying your member status at Bar 72.
How to Register: To get started, simply open the Black Bull App and click on the avatar icon in the top right corner of the screen. Once you enter your membership information, the app will generate your unique digital membership card.
Once you have successfully registered and generated your digital card, please send a brief confirmation email to paul@blackbullbozeman.com to complete the validation process.
Why Download the App? Beyond this new validation tool, the app is becoming your central hub for all things Black Bull. We are also excited to announce that your Weekly Newsletter will soon be available directly within the app, making it easier than ever to stay updated on the go.

The Roundup: Final Player Reminders & Shotgun Details
The Countdown is On: June 5–6!
As we prepare for one of the highlight events of the early season, we want to remind all registered participants that The Roundup officially kicks off on Friday, June 5th and Saturday, June 6th. To ensure a seamless pace of play and an exceptional tournament experience, please note the daily schedule and player policies below:
Morning Preparation:
Fuel up before you tee off. Breakfast and a fully stocked Bloody Mary Bar will be open and available to all players starting at 8:00 AM each morning.
The Shotgun Start:
Please be in your carts and ready to roll for a sharp 9:00 AM Shotgun Start each day.
Attendance & Roster Policy:
If your schedule has changed and you are no longer able to participate, please contact the Golf Shop immediately. Because fields are set and resources are allocated in advance, teams that do not show and fail to notify the Golf Shop prior to the event will still be charged the full registration fee.
We look forward to an incredible two days of competition and camaraderie on the course.
Golf Course Pairing Policy
To help improve pace of play and maximize tee time availability, all single players and twosomes scheduled to play between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. daily will be paired together whenever possible to create groups of three or four players.
This policy applies to all members and guests unless the Golf Professional Staff otherwise approves.

We are excited to bring everyone back out to the range for another fun and relaxed evening of camaraderie, golf, and great wine! Join us for a unique social experience right at the practice facility, complete with reserved hitting bays, a premium selection of drinks available for purchase, and a complimentary wine tasting to savor while taking in the spectacular mountain views.
To elevate the evening, Head Golf Professional Jake Hagedorn and Director of Instruction Joey Lovell will both be on-site mingling with the membership—offering casual swing tips, gear insights, and answering any questions you have about your game this season.

Key FOB and Black Bull App Update
Thank you to all the members who stopped by yesterday to pick up their key FOBs at the Memorial Day BBQ. For those members who didn't have a chance to stop by, your key FOB can be picked up at the golf shop during normal business hours. Our goal this summer is to eliminate any pool poaching by installing the key FOB system and validating membership cards on the Black Bull App.
Key FOB policies
Only (2) key FOBs will be issued per membership.
If you break or lose one of your key FOBS, a replacement can be purchased for $150 per key.

Key FOBs will not work between the hours of 11 pm and 5 am
All members must enter using the front gate. The east gate is for employee use only
If you forget your FOB stop by the golf shop and they can unlock the gate
Black Bull App
All members using the pool will be asked to present their membership card on the Black Bull app. This includes any teenagers 16 or over on the membership who will be using the pool.

Black Bull Golf Club is excited to partner with Next Level Swim School again this year for all your swimming lessons.
