Tara Rigg is a third-generation Montanan, born and raised in Billings. Bozeman first made its impression on her when she attended and graduated from Montana State University with a degree in Education. Married shortly after graduation, her husband’s career took her to Colorado where she worked and grew her family. A Master’s degree, three daughters and 14 years later, Bozeman continued to pull at her heart strings.
In 2015 Tara and her family finally had the opportunity to return to Montana and they jumped at the chance to call Bozeman “home”. She knew there was no better place to raise her growing family. From downhill skiing to exploring Yellowstone Park, fly fishing to picnicking at the Farmer’s Market, you will find the Riggs out and about enjoying Bozeman and its surrounding areas.
Tara finds great joy in helping others find their dream homes in her beloved home state. She understands the serenity, beauty, and adventure that draws others to the Bozeman area. With that in mind, she strives to help clients find a home that truly fits their needs, so they can savor Montana in pure comfort. Listening to the wishes and concerns of her clients is her top priority, ensuring that their purchase is handled with utmost care and attention to detail. Tara joined Black Bull Realty in 2018.

And it's difficult to analyze love when you're in it.” Melissa Kuchynka is proud to join Black Bull Realty as a licensed real estate assistant and looks forward to sharing the same lifelong love of her native state with clients near and far.

Born and raised in nearby Missoula, Melissa inherited her strong work ethic from her carpenter father, and the ability to strike up a conversation with anyone from her mother. After graduating from the University of Montana, she followed her husband to Savannah, Georgia, where he was stationed as an Army intelligence officer and she began working for a real estate development company.

While they loved their time in the South, the mountains and rivers of the Rockies called them back West. Her husband’s post-military career took them to Idaho, where they were able to be closer to family and friends while they also started their own family. But Montana would always keep pulling the family “home,” so when the opportunity presented itself in the summer of 2015, the family made their final dream move to Bozeman.

Melissa and her family have enjoyed every minute of being back in their home state and enjoying all that southwest Montana has to offer. When she is not working her hardest to find your dream property in Bozeman, you will find Melissa skiing, hiking, fly fishing, camping, traveling and, of course, golfing with her husband, three children and their playful golden retriever. Melissa looks forward to sharing her favorite aspects of one of the most desired cities in America and helping you enjoy all that Montana has to offer.
