Club Homes

At the heart of the community are homesites designed for developer-built, single family Club Homes. The Black Bull Club Homes are designed by award winning architect, Jerry Locati, who is known for his location-inspired mountain home designs. There are seven Club Home models to choose from, with several options within each floorplan to allow Members to customize their home to their own personal tastes and needs. Club Homes deliver custom home quality with "turn-key" convenience (including snow removal and lawn care), for those who prefer to spend more time golfing, fishing, or relaxing than mowing their lawn.

Any of the Club Home models can be customized to fit your individual tastes and priorities. There are multipal finish packages to choose from: rustic to contemporary - and of course you can mix and match from within each of those packages.

Each Club Home boasts high-end finishes and attractive features - but there are also numerous upgrade packages to choose from, including reclaimed pickle fir flooring, an outdoor wood-burning fireplace, and a wine and wet bar.

With turnkey convenience, Club Homes are also a wise decision for second homeowners or those who travel and enjoy a 'lock and leave' lifestyle. The Homeowners Association provides lawn care, snow removal and maintains community landscaping.
