Winter Cooking Classes

 

Black Bull cooking classes are taught by Chef Erik Nelson and open to Black Bull Members and their guests.

 

February 2 – Pasta – 1:30 pm

Hands on cooking class. Discussion and skill building include:

  • Making pasta from scratch
  • Learning about store bought pasta
  • Learn to make classic pasta sauces

Class is $30 and includes recipes and the food you make.

 

 

March 1 – Thai Cooking – 1:30 pm

Learn how to make some of the most popular Thai dishes. Discussion topics and skill building include:

  • Learn about different curries
  • Learn to make several different noodle dishes
  • Learn to make several different rice dishes
  • Learn to make special Thai seasonings

Class is $30 and includes recipes and a bottle of your favorite curry sauce.

March 15 – Pizza – 1:30 pm

This class is a repeat of the first cooking class of the season, due to the high demand. Discussion topics and skill building include:

  • Secrets to making pizza dough
  • Learn how to make pizza sauce
  • How to build and pair toppings to make delicious pizza

Class is $30 and includes pizza to take home for dinner!
