Black Bull Real Estate Report Totals for 2011
- Homesites Under Contract: 13
- Homesites Closed: 6
- Custom Homes Under Construction: 2
- Club Homes Built: 3
- New Members: 4
Since reopening in May 2011, real estate sales at Black Bull were strong. After almost 2 years of no new sales, 13 homesites were put under contract and 6 homesites closed in 2011. To put those numbers in perspective, in Gallatin Valley within that same time span, 35 homesites went under contract and 13 of those were in Black Bull. Of the 22 sales outside of Black Bull none were golf course lots.
The trend with today’s buyers is that they are looking for amenities and Black Bull’s amenities surpass all others in the Gallatin Valley.
Construction within Black Bull was also strong. Three new Club Homes were completed in late fall, two custom homes broke ground and there are several Members in the pre-build process who plan to break ground shortly.
Excitement within the greater real estate community is growing as the completion of the Pool & Fitness Center nears. We expect to see increased prospect traffic as Black Bull brings these amenities online and are looking forward to an active spring and summer real estate season.
