January Cooking Classes

Chef Erik has scheduled two fun and informative cooking classes for Black Bull Members in January. Classes cover techniques, sourcing ingredients and recipes. 

January 5 - Smoked Meat 1:30 - 5:30 pm

You will learn to cure and smoke Black Bull's signature Jim Beam and coffee-maple bacons, Canadian bacon, pastrami, Carolina BBQ, smoked salmon, vegetables, and jerky. If you would like to make game jerky please bring in some thawed game meat. The cost is $35.00 per person and includes samples and recipes. All meat samples will be available for pickup the following week.

January 19 - Sausage 1:30 - 5:30 pm

This class teaches basic sausage making techniques, including breakfast sausage patties, loose Italian sausage for pizza, Andouille sausage links, and dry cured pepperoni.  Cost is $40.00 per person and includes samples and recipes.
