Homesites & Club homes

At the heart of the community are homesites with developer-built Club Homes—single-family homes designed by Locati Architects and reflecting Black Bull’s signature rustic elegance. There are four models to choose from, and all are excellent options for those who want to be a part of a golf community but prefer to spend more time golfing, fishing, or relaxing than mowing the lawn or weeding the garden. With turn-key convenience and concierge caretaker-type services, the Club Homes are also ideal for part-time residents. The Homeowners Association will maintain Club Home lawns and landscape areas and help manage the property.
