What are the club homes?

Our developer-built club homes are single-family homes designed by Locati Architects that reflect Black Bull’s signature rustic elegance. There are four models to choose from, and all are excellent options for those who want to be a part of a golf community but prefer to spend more time golfing, fishing, or relaxing than mowing the lawn or weeding the garden. Once you choose your floorplan, you will have a variety of options to choose from for your interior.

What is the range of club home sizes and prices?
The club homes are located on lots approximately 8,000 to 19,000 square feet in size and range from 2,300 to 4,000 square feet. Prices range from $785,000 to $1,400,000.

What are the benefits of owning a club home?
With turn-key convenience and concierge caretaker-type services, the club homes are ideal for part-time residents. The Homeowners Association will maintain club home lawns and landscape areas and help manage the property.

Who is the builder for the club homes?
Black Bull Club Homes, LLC (BBCH) is the exclusive developer/builder of the “Club Home” product at Black Bull. The BBCH principals, Paul Brunswick, Jan Staker, Buz Weas and Ken Williams have several decades of development, construction, sales, marketing and finance experience and are all Bozeman area residents.

 

BBCH hand selects only the best general contractors, sub contractors and specialty vendors to bring all 5 of the Locati designs to fruition. Their partners are selected based on their level of experience, reliability and commitment to quality. All partners are Montana based - with the majority coming from right here in Bozeman.
