Pool & Fitness Center

Locati Architects designed the Black Bull Pool & Fitness Center to be the jewel of the community. It is a state-of-the-art facility located in the heart of our community with commanding views to the Bridger Mountains. With careful attention given to mitigate summer sun and prevailing winds the Center, along with the adjacent Corral Clubhouse, will accommodate first class member golfing services, tournaments, dining experiences, social member amenities and large scale social events.

Designed to be reminiscent of “old barns” typical to the area and other agricultural vernacular elements, the Pool & Fitness Center encompasses over a half-acre with 10,000 sq. ft. of pool deck, 1,100 sq.ft. locker room and 1,800 sq.ft. fitness area. The fitness area opens up to outdoor covered workout and lounge seating, but the focal point of the sun drenched patio is the collegiate-size 30’ x 82’ pool.

Construction began in September 2011 on this much anticipated member amenity and officially opened in May.
