The Club

Membership at Black Bull is open to residents of the golf community, as well as non-residents, and two types of membership are available: Golf and Social.

Social memberships are available only to those who own property at Black Bull, and include full access to all club facilities except golf. Monthly dues include privileges at the Club as well as weekly trash pickup, cable Internet access, telephone, maintenance of common areas, and street maintenance, including snow removal. In addition to the common services for all Black Bull property, yard maintenance and driveway and sidewalk snow removal will be provided for the Club Homes through its individual owner's association. Golf Club privileges are extended to children, grandchildren, parents and grandparents, as well as to a limited number of guests visiting our mountain golf community. No social benefits will be offered to non-members.

Golf memberships include everything available to Social members, as well as access to the golf course and men's and women's golf locker rooms and lounges. Golf memberships will be limited to 350, and property ownership is not a prerequisite for golf membership.
