The Club

For more than 30 years, the property on which our community sits was home to Jay Leachman's Angus Ranch. Jay is an avid golfer and would often look out over his land and think about where certain golf holes would go, if he ever had a golf course. When Jay was ready to retire, he connected with fellow Bozeman resident Craig Bryant and got down to business. Craig and his company, The Winchester Group, are recognized nationally for developing solid and award winning golf resorts.

The next step involved a new partnership with CLB Partners out of Dallas, Texas to discuss the feasibility of creating a private golf community in Bozeman. In 2006, golf course designer Tom Weiskopf and renowned architect Jerry Locati joined the team to make Jay’s dream a reality.

The club officially opened in the summer of 2008 with the golf course, tennis courts, car washing facility, and a boutique-style clubhouse that includes a restaurant, bar and pro shop.
